Q-Flow Virtual Lobby 2.1 for Healthcare Solutions Announced

Q-nomy's Virtual Lobby is a web application that runs on any mobile phone or tablet. It provides a "hub" for services that the healthcare provider can extend, via Q-Flow, to the patient - such as booking appointments, checking in, and waiting in a "virtual waiting room".

The newly announced Virtual Lobby version 2.1 adds various updates that streamline the patient experience. Most importantly, the app now supports Embedded Video meetings, using Q-Flow Omnichannel Patient Care and MS-Teams.
